Digital Artifacts

Due to the nature of digital goods (Artworks, Games, E-books), all sales are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for a resolution.

Physical Merchandise

For physical items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the adventurer.

Damaged Items

If an artifact reaches you in a broken state, please take a photo immediately and send it to our team. We will send a replacement straight from the depths at no extra cost.
